# Help: How do I… (plain answers)

> **How do I reply to a post?**
>
> Under every post there are four buttons with words: **Like** , **Reply** , **Share** and **More**. Tap **Reply** , write your message, then tap **Send**. To answer the whole topic, use the big pink **Write a Reply** button at the bottom of the page. You’ll see “Your reply was posted ✓” when it’s done.

> **How do I like a post?**
>
> Tap the pink **Like** button under the post. Tap it again to take your like back.

> **How do I report a problem?**
>
> Tap **More** under the post, then **Report a problem**. Pick what’s wrong and send it. Only the moderators see your report. You can also tap **Report Privately** in the menu to message the moderators.

> **How do I save a post for later?**
>
> Tap **More** under the post, then **Save for later**. Find your saved posts on your profile under **Saved**. To save a whole topic, use the **Save** button at the bottom of the topic.

> **How do I get told when people reply?**
>
> At the bottom of a topic, tap **Follow** and pick one:
> 
> - **Tell me about every reply**
> - **Only if someone mentions me** (the normal setting)
> - **Mute this topic**

> **How do I join a Den?**
>
> Tap **Dens** in the menu. Every Den is a circle. Tap **Join** on one that says “Anyone can join”. If it says **Ask to join** , tap it and the Den owner will let you in.

> **How do I start my own Den?**
>
> Tap **Dens** , then **+ Start a Den**. Pick what your Den is about (that picks its icon and color), give it a name, choose who can join, and tap **Create my Den**. If you upload your own picture, staff check it first. Your Den shows its subject icon until then.

> **How do I use chat?**
>
> Tap **Chat** at the bottom. Every room is a speech bubble with a short line about what it’s for. A pink “3 new” means there are new messages. Tap **☆ Add to favorites** to keep a room at the top.

> **How do I switch between Day and Night?**
>
> Tap your picture ( **Me** ) at the top right, then **☀ Switch to Day** or **☾ Switch to Night**. Your choice is saved to your account.

> **How do I make the words bigger?**
>
> Tap your picture ( **Me** ) at the top right, then **Text size** , and pick **Normal** , **Large** or **Extra large**.

> **What do the shapes mean?**
>
> - **Rounded squares** are Boards (message boards).
> - **Circles** are Dens (member groups).
> - **Speech bubbles** are Chat rooms.

> **Can I share outside links?**
>
> - **Chat rooms:** no outside links, except research sites like PubMed, the FDA, NIH and major medical journals. Tap **Link to PUF** or type **#** to share anything on PepUnfiltered.
> - **Private messages and DMs:** yes. Before it sends, you’ll tick a box accepting responsibility for the link. The person you send it to sees it blurred, with a note that PepUnfiltered doesn’t check or endorse it, until they tap **Show link**.
> - **Never:** links to buy or source peptides or compounds, affiliate or referral links, or discount codes.
